Privacy Policy

LYDIA LLC ("we", "our", "us") publishes the RBX Guess mobile application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

The App collects the following information automatically:

Device identifiers, including the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when you grant the App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline the prompt, the IDFA is not collected.
Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country.
Usage data: in-game events such as starting a game, answering a question, completing a round, and viewing an advertisement. We use Google Firebase Analytics to record these events.
Approximate (IP-derived) location: used by ad networks for geographic ad targeting. We do not collect precise GPS location.

The App does not collect:

Your name, email address, postal address, or phone number.
Your photos, microphone audio, or precise GPS location.
Your contacts, calendar, or any other personal data you have not explicitly provided.

2. How we use information

To run, maintain, and improve the App.
To measure how players use the App via Firebase Analytics.
To serve advertisements that fund the App's development. Ads are delivered by AppLovin MAX and the third-party ad networks in its mediation waterfall, including Google AdMob, Vungle, Mintegral, Unity Ads, and others.
If you grant the App Tracking Transparency prompt, ads may be personalised using your device identifier. If you decline, ads will still appear, but they will not be personalised.

3. Third-party services

The App embeds the following third-party software development kits that may collect and process data on our behalf. Each provider's privacy policy applies to the data they handle:

Google Firebase Analytics — firebase.google.com/policies/analytics
AppLovin MAX — applovin.com/privacy
Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
Other ad networks that may participate in the AppLovin MAX mediation waterfall — Vungle, Mintegral, Unity Ads, InMobi, Liftoff Monetize, AppLovin Exchange. Refer to each network's published privacy policy for details.

4. Data retention

We retain analytics data for the standard Firebase Analytics retention period (currently 14 months). Each ad network retains data per its own policy.

5. Your rights and choices

You can revoke ad tracking at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → RBX Guess.
You can reset your iOS Advertising Identifier via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Deleting the App from your device stops all further data collection by the App.
Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Contact us at the email below to make such a request.

6. Children

RBX Guess is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
